Having trouble with a piece of hardware, accessory, or software? Will your machine no-longer boot?
Floppy drive no longer works correctly? Display problems such as lines, poor colors, or artifacts?
Input device problems such as keyboard keys no longer working or the mouse moves erratically?

    • Document issue symptoms and error messages
    • Include a list of applications (& version information) open and actions taken prior to issue. If the issue is re-occurring please note all common factors.
    • Make note of your computer brand and model number
    • Operating system type and version
    • Amount of memory (RAM)
    • Amount of Hard-drive space available
    • Connection type (modem, DSL, cable)
    • ISP (Internet Service Provider)
    • Previous warranty and/or repair service
