Pricing and Policies
We have the best pricing in town. Equally important,
we are always up front and honest with our pricing, and we
warranty all of our work.
There are never any surprises or hidden fees with Lightwave-Systems.
If any issue takes longer to fix then we quote you, we will
not charge you for the excess time. Furthermore, if we fix
the issue in a shorter amount of time than we quoted you, we
will reduce the amount of time charged accordingly. We always
look for ways to pass the savings on to you.
We charge $75.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum for on-site
service. After the first hour we charge in 30 minute increments.
Common issues rarely take more than an hour to solve.
Service Contracts – Lightwave-Systems services offers Service/Maintenance
Contracts. The service contracts are either retainer pre-paid
hours at a discounted rate after 4 hours OR conditional milestone
contracts designed by both parties. We are here to meet your
needs.
All hardware and special order items are paid in full before
the purchase unless a prior agreement has been made.
If you are unable to pay in a timely manner we are happy to
work out a payment plan for services rendered. Remember it
is our job to help you achieve you information technology needs.

No trip charge for homes within 20 miles of Lakewood ; $25
total trip charge for locations more than 20 miles away. If
applicable, this charge is may be waived and is always quoted
up-front. We are unable to service homes located more than
60 miles away.
Warranty Information: We warranty our services
for 1 business week after the technician leaves your home.
If what we fixed or installed does not work to your satisfaction,
please call us at 720-318-8466. If we are unable to resolve
the issue over the phone, one of our technicians will return
to your home to remedy the issue at no extra charge to you.
Hardware is warranteed for the duration of the manufactures
warranty. If you require a longer warranty on the hardware
that you purchase we will be happy to extend the warranty of
such items with a warranty contract.
