Establish your Internet connection and/or network shares and connect your printer.Connect your computer and verify connection to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and or network shares. ISP and valid account required prior to connection (i.e.) AOL, Net-Zero/Juno, AT&T-Broadband, Qwest.Net, DSL, or other ISP. Connect to a printer and verify print availability and quality from host machine and network.
Orientation
Provide basic Internet and/or network shares orientation. Unfamiliar with the how to connect to
the Internet (WAN) or network shares (LAN)? We offer basic tutorials of setting up a Dial-Up
connection to your ISP, setting up your computer for Broadband access, and how to maintain
your new or existing network File and Printer shares.
Tutoring
Need a little more instruction? Check out our personal tutorial service packages.
1-hour of basic computer training, 1-hour of application training, 1-hour of Internet training,
1-hour of CD/RW instruction, other tutorials and time increments available.
Service Hours
On-site and pick-up/delivery provided at your home or business by appointment between
9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Saturday.
After hours, holiday, and emergency services are also available.
