is one that we can
help you with, we
will give you a quote
on how much time
it will take us to
fix the specific
issue. Furthermore,
if we fix the issue
in a shorter amount
of time than we quoted
you, we will reduce
the amount of time
charged accordingly.

Second, a highly-trained and
professional technician
will arrive at your office or home, on-time, and when it is
most convenient for you. You will review and sign-off on the
printed straightforward quote, and then we will begin the work.
Our goal is to give you the power over your computer issues.
Third, once the technician finishes the work, they will ask
you to approve of the service and thoroughly test out your
computer including internet connection, routinely used applications,
and peripherals. When this is complete you will be asked to
